Permissioning: Can you control who can see what extensions?

I know you can control in permissions what users have access to do. But what about who they can see. I would like to know if its available in the current release to select the extensions or define the extensions someone has access to.

Yes, you can do that using groups. It is documented online somewhere , and you can also manage them using the FreePBX module.
