Blind transfer sends calls to voicemail if extension is on a call

Hello!

If we use the Blind Transfer button to transfer a caller to an extension that is on the line, the caller gets sent to voicemail.

Ideally, these transfers should go to the extension's second line.

Is this something that can be changed via configuration?

    If you want that, you should change your dialplan. FOP2 does not manager your dialplan in any way, it is just a command center. You should enable call waiting for your extensions in your backend, that should be enough.. .how to do it depends on each backend, something that is not related to FOP2 itself.
