how do i get these features of 2.11 to work?

Hello,

1) Transfer to external numbers

When on a call, type the external number (any number for that matter) in the Dial box and hit ENTER

2) Invite external numbers to a conference

Click on the conference, so it gets selected
Type the number you want to join in the dial box and hit ENTER
