Call History not showing on FOP2 - SOLVED

I am running version 2.31.05 of FOP2 and version 1.0.5 of Call History Plugin. I have installed, reinstalled the plugin, disabled Globally Enabled and enabled per user, disabled per user and enabled Globally and Call history does not show up anyway.
Anything else I could try?

  • Yes. I have restarted FOP2 using the command you specified and also restarted the FreePBX CentOS Several times and still Call History plugin is not showing up.

  • I am lacking information, so I will give you my guess:

    your fop2.cfg file is outdated. You are not using #exec autoconfig-users.sh in that file, and so, whatever you configure for plugins won't ever be available on FOP2 configuration.

    Now, that is just a guess, based on experience from other people having plugin issues.

  • Thanks for the help admin. The solution was to allow call history in Permissions. Plugin can be enabled Globally or Individually.
