i face major problem with Queue login

It doesn't work properly because it didn't auto-login or auto log out agents ..

Hi,

Your agents must have at least the queueagent permission. Do they have that? If not, the add queue command will be denied.

Check user permissions and be sure they have queueagent, queuemanager or all as a permission, then try again.
