Hi! In fop2 download.php works fine, but in asternic call center stats I get

ERROR: File not found (queue/2016/12/26/17.09.43-89117576793.gsm). USE download.php?file=filepath

I try all:
?file=/var/spool/asterisk/queue/2016/12/26/17.09.43-89117576793.gsm
?file=/var/spool/asterisk/queue/2016/12/26/17.09.43-89117576793
?file=/tmp/tmp

All time I get this error. How to debug this issue?
PS. File exist

you have to go to setup/preferences in Asternic Call Center Stats and set

keyword: recordings_path
parameter:
value: /var/spool/asterisk

In Asternic Call Center Stats download works fine, but 'play' button doesnt. When I put mouse on 'play' button, I see javascript:void(0);

I tried to set a path of mounted S3 drive but giving the same error, file not found !

Cannot give you a proper answer without knowing the full error and full set of configurations and Asternic version regarding recordings. On the latest version there are several recordings_* parameters in Setup/Preferences that need to be set. Also, depends on what is actually stored in the recordings table by means of the update_mix_mixmonitor.pl script. Best regards,
