Revoke broken Licence

Hello,

the Licence of our FOP2 installation seems to be broken. After changing the network interface of the server i get on the webinterface "Validation problem. Please contact your provider."

I had the same message some time ago and could solve it with reregistering the license.

If i do the same now i get

"Serial code not available for revocation on this machine!"

then i do
./fop2_server --revoke

The test option gave me this output
/usr/local/fop2/fop2_server --test

Connection to manager OK!

How can i manually revoke the license?

You must request a manual revocation via live help, email, private message, telling us the activation code you need to be reset. If your license is invalidated, then you won't be able to revoke it from the server (unless you put the original NIC card in place).
