Transfering from second line

Hi all,

I have a receptionist that always has more then one call on the go. Is it possible to transfer from a second line? If there are more then one call on hold it always transfers the first line first. I want to be able to transfer the second line while the first call is on hold.

    In sip.conf set

    callevents=yes

    That way it will transfer the active call and not the held ones.

    I have callevents=true set, but we are still finding that the call on hold gets transfered, not the current call.
    Any troubleshooting ideas?

    Do you see held calls with the hourglass in the extension button? and then that call gets transferred instead of the active one ?
