Update FOP2 to the latest version

Hi,
Sorry, it's been awhile since I've had to do this & last time it was a major pain.
But can you remind me how to update to the latest version?
I currently have:
FOP2 Server - Version: 2.31.07
FOP2 Manager - Version 1.1.5
