FOP queue inaccurate
Hi,
FOP2 isn't show up the correct number of callers in the queue waiting list.
Very often it over reports the number of callers in the queue.
It causes problems for my Customer Service Team when the call queue shows callers waiting but the phones are not ringing.
Only when I manually check on the asterisk CLI do I know that FOP2 is misbehaving. Typically a service fop2 restart will resolve it but I cannot keep restarting it.
Please kindly advise what I can troubleshoot.
