Call TakeOver
I have a fop2 server running and was asked if there was a way to takeover the call. Meaning if the monitor agent is listening and the rep is losing the deal is there a way for the person that is monitoring to take over the call thru the fop2 console??? If so what steps are needed to take the call over,,??

No, there is no way to take over the call directly. It might be possible to pickup the call from the trunks display, but it will be cumbersome to figure out what line to pickup, and I am not sure if it will actually work.
On the other hand, Asternic Call Center Stats does have the "call steal" feature on its realtime view.
