CALL HISTORY - lookup name from visual phonebook database

INCOMMING CALL
I use CIDLookup query from visual phonebook database in all inbound routes. This is good solutions for me, name is show correct everywhere.
Is there a other way for this solution?

OUTGOING CALLS
I need get a name for a dialed number for a outgoing call.
Is there a way use query from visual phonebook database and show a dialled number with a name?
