Does FOP has skill based routing within the system ?

WIll FOP2 provides skill based routing:

  • for incoming call where agents with most idle will first receive the incoming call or
  • call will be routed based on skill set (eg: language or certain product skill set in technical)

    FOP2 does not provide routing services to Asterisk.

    Fop2 can search user data by keyword, which could help a human agent transfer the call to the person with the right skills.
