Call Tagging Plugin Help

Asterisk 16.6.2
FreePBX 14.0.13.26
FOP2 2.31.27
FOP2 Manager 1.1.5
Tag Queue Calls 1.0.7

It was working just fine but then we started getting behavior where it won't show up after a call is finished or it shows up but continues to count call time as if the call is still happening and not allow tagging even though the channel is closed.
I have reinstalled FOP2 and the manager to no effect.

    Worked with the Asternic guys this morning and they found the problem to be that Asterisk 16 changed the name of the event that is recorded when a call is ended.
