Server Upgrade

I have three FOP2 license
PBX2: 2.31.02
PBX3: 2.30.04
PBX4: 2.31.25

We are upgrading all 3 servers starting with PBX2. We decided to setup a new server, restore the FreePbx data, then upgrade the Freepbx. I would like to know
1) How to backup and restore FOP2
2) What do I need to purchase to get FOP2 update.
3) I have the license key for PBX2 and PBX4 but couldn't find the license for PBX3. What the command to get the license for PBX3. I originally purchase the full White Label approx 3 - 4 yrs ago.
