Synchronize presence box state with queue pause state
I don't think it is available at the moment - as I haven't found any clue how to do it, but here's what I'm looking for. Currently, the queue in Asterisk/FreePBX is set to auto-pause an agent if he/she does not pickup the phone when it rings.
The trouble here is that when the agent comes back to his station, the clock icon on the button is rather hard to notice. So I was thinking that since the Queue Pause from Presence box plugin sets the pause on the queue, maybe it would be possible to also synchronize the current pause state on the queue back to the Presence box? Therefore, if I set the red color when the agent's state is Auto-Paused in a queue he belongs, then it will be well visible.
Of course any other ideas if someone has them, will be appreciated.
