Set Call Forward permissions
Hello, we manage a fop2 2.31.28 connected to a freepbx for a customer.
Today I found out that every user can set call forward not just for his/her extension, but for anybody else.
The users have not the permission "callforwardmanager".
These are the permissions the users have:
callhistory, chat, dial, hangupself, phonebook, pickup, preferences, transfer, transferexternal
I want the users to be able to set call forward only for themselves, is this possible?

I have just pushed an updated version that should correct that bug. Please update and see if it fixes the issue.
