Cannot Call Out from Fop 2 Panel
Good day, We are new to FOP but have a huge client base that we can roll out this solution to. I am have it setup on a testing environment using Asterisk 16. i am able to perform the following functions on the panel:
- Hang up a call
- Pick up a call - (My extension / softphone rings perfectly)
However, i cannot use the Dial button. It doesn't perform any action. My manager.conf permissions are set to all for read and write.
Help would be greatly appreciated as we would like to get this solution to work.
