Call history comes back an error has occurred (non freepbx install)
I changed the $CDRDBTABLE = "pbxlogs"; (thirdlane uses pbxlogs for CDR)
added the fop2 user and password to the permissions on the database.
anywhere I can look? any place for logs to get what the error is?

You need to set the CDRDBTABLE
So in this case, you have the pbxlogs DB and cdr TABLE, so:
$CDRDBTABLE = "pbxlogs.cdr";
