FOP control all channel on SIP line

I have an asterisk PABX installed and configured in my company, the asterisk functions properly. I installed the free version of FOP2 to teste the operator table, but it doesn't have functions that my boss want.
He wants the operator see on the screen a queue of the calls incoming, if there are 3 person calling, the interface must have this on screen.
Is it possible?
