Plugin icon not showing in FOP2 admin manager

(please excuse me for my poor English.)
My issue: I don't see the icon plugin in my FOP2 manager !!
My systeme:
*Elastix 4.0 + dinomi call center well configured
*FOP2 manager 1.2.7
*FOP 2.4
I have access to the WEB interface of my FOP2 manager but I cannot add any plugin because the plugin icon is not available.
Is there a trick to add it without reinstalling FOP2?
