Full Wallboard Queue stats resetting with logout/login

We have purchased the Full Wallboard Plugin and it works fine except that the Queue Stats are reset every time we log out/in from the wallboard.
This is a recent Sangoma PbxAct (Freepbx) system with a recent licensed copy of Asternic.
Upon rising the walboard logging level to level 7 in /var/www/html/fop2/admin/plugins/fullwallboard/getstatsfromasternic.php
when picking up the log file /tmp/wallboard_debug.log I notice that it's completly missing the logging section between ----- Queue Stats Start ----- and ----- Queue Stats End ----- as if these query are not executed (but the corresponding data is show the dashboard).
All other logging sections are present.
Do you have any advice about where could be the problem?
(We have another vm where, with Asternic not licensed, it's working perfectly)

If stats are reset it means it is unable to read asternic data. You must be sure the asterniclog service from asternic (licensed or not) is running:

service asterniclog status

If its not running, start it:

service asterniclog start

Another thing to check could be mysql permissions, check the Full Wallboard installation guide , at the very top it shows some permissions you might need to add to mysql.
