Fop2 Exten Unknown

Hi,
When I make a call with the Asternet libraries on the call window in the FOP2 web panel, unknown is displayed on the caller's number
If, on the other hand, I make a call from the VOIP client, everything works fine
What can I check?

    Try to set the callerid when calling Originate actions using that library. I do not have experiences with Asternet so I cannot give you a specific example to try, but FOP2 shows whatever callerid Asterisk propagates via AMI, so setting the callerid in the originate action might work.
