I have tried calling, emailing, chatting and submitting a support ticket. I have gotten no response. Is anyone there?
I found the solution to my problem here on the forum but I need interaction from the support team to enact it.
I was trying to transfer my license and I hadn't deactivated it before changing the NIC on my server. I ended up just buying another licence. I'm not mad about that. It is annoying though that I still have not heard back from anyone.
Has anyone else had trouble contacting support?
There's been two updates to Asternic since this post, but no reply from the dev. I'm really not sure if this is abandoned or not, but I'm leaning towards "yes". Would love to hear otherwise.

I think I'm a little behind the times coming to this conclusion, but I'm a little concerned about the future of this software. I hope that's not alarmist!
