Time discrepancy


I've got 4 servers running FOP2 currently on version 2.31.29. It’s been brought to my attention that there seems to be a time discrepancy. On the buttons I can see agents on calls for example 4 minutes 30 seconds, on the call queue it shows the same agent on the call for 2 minutes 10 seconds. The call queue seems to be the correct time and the time on the button seems to be incorrect. A colleague will look at flash at the same time as myself his queue time matches mine, which is why I believe this to be correct, but his button might be a completely different time to mine.

Our system clocks are syncing against the same server and this behaviour is the same across all our servers running FOP2. Is this a known bug and is there a way to fix this issue. This means our real time team cannot trust how long an agent has been on a call or other break etc.
