I followed the instructions which are listed to correct this problem. There are no firewall blocks for 4445. Still getting this message. Installed on FreePBX 16
We are seeing the same issue following a fresh installation. Not seeing any useful errors/notices in any logs or console either.
Just as an update, our FOP2 is now working after ensuring port 4445 was not being blocked by our VM Server...
@bsprouse, where is you PBX hosted and where are the users that are trying to access the FOP2 Panel?
