Call forward not updated in button

Hi all, thank you for your support. I have bought a license and I'm running FOP2 on a company environment with about 100 extensions. Because of smart work, some extensions are often forwarded to external numbers and I'd like to have a precise information regarding this. If an extensions sets/unsets CF while operator has panel open, the turning arrow appears/disappears accordingly. But if the extension sets/unsets while the panel is closed, once opened the operator sees a wrong status. The only solution (but impossibile for operator) is that the admin reloads panel so the operator gets all updated. Is it possibile to fix the CF status update, or at least schedule the panel reload eg. every X minutes?
