#{CLIDNAME} seems to be limited to 40 Characters. How to increase?
Hello all,
We would like to use FOP2 to pop a URL with the name, address and account code from our CRM software. This link will open the customer account.
We have this working with CID Superfecta but that pops as soon as the call hits the IVR. We would like to use FOP2 to do this since it will only pop when the users phone rings. However we should have at least 60 characters to avoid truncating to much info.
I have looked through various FOP2 php/js files etc but have not been able to locate where the variable length is set.
