Validation problem. Please contact your provider
Our fop2 dashboard was working fine for years . since last one month or so it is not showing all the boards properly . it just shows all the agents , but doesn't show queues and waiting calls . Although I have a valid license but it still shows this error "Validation problem. Please contact your provider"
