Problem with login fop2

I have problems logging in to fop2, it doesn't log in with any user and when I do the fop2_server --test I get this:

[root@srv-b private]# /usr/sbin/fop2_server --test
Flash Operator Panel 2 - White Label Version
Flash Operator Panel 2 - Valid License (/usr/sbin/fop2.lic)
Flash Operator Panel 2 - Featureset: Voicemail Explorer & IM Chat
Flash Operator Panel 2 - Allowed Tenants: 5

No configuration file found!

    Ademas me sale este error al dar un tes:

    [root@srv-b php]# fop2_server --test
