Botôes inativos

Bom dia a todos, sou novo nesse sistema de telefonia IP, eu configurei um aqui e estou tendo problemas com os botões, eles ficam todos como inativo e não consigo usar nenhum. Não sei se falta alguma configuração ou alguma permissão.

    Good morning everyone, I'm new to this IP telephony system, I configured one here and I'm having problems with the buttons, they're all inactive and I can't use any of them. I don't know if there is some configuration or permission missing.
