Divergence synchronizing calls on fop2
Hello,
I have a problem, at times when synchronizing calls on fop2, when the extension is in service and we click on one of the queues to which it belongs, it says that it is in the queue as Available.
In the image, the attendant is on a call, but in the queue he is free.
Note: This call that is being answered came from another queue, but as I tested, it should still be in service in all queues that the extension is part of.
FOP2 2.31.40
FreePBX 16.0.40.7
Asterisk 18.22
All extensions are IP (Handset and Softphone).
Has anyone had this problem, could you help?
