Serial code not available for registration!
Hi Team, I had to re-create the instance yesterday during upgrade.
After upgrade, all the buttons vanished and I was unable to create it. Hence, I deleted the instance and restored the backup.
Today, in production, we are getting error on End user view "Validation problem. Please contact your provider".
Please recommend how can we make use of the license code that was provided to restore production to the fullest.

I have read about the revoke, I did not revoke from prevous instance before deleting it.

I am not sure if this helps, but I tried to reach the phone lines, but it did not get answered.
i have been dialing the support phone daily for 3 weeks. i had an intern i told to sit in the corner and just keep spamming redial until someone answers... Never happened... Good luck reaching anyone.
