Is iSymphony still in business??
They haven't responded to tech support questions since I renewed my subscription last December (Dec, 2023). It's now August, 2023 (8 months) and there has been no response to calls, email, etc.
Anybody have any insights into this?? We've been using them for years and have been happy with their software and haven't been able to find a viable alternative that will let us drag calls from extension to extension.
