FOP2 has terrible customer service!
I bought the license for $100, unfortunately my VPS had a disk problem and I lost my data. I installed a new system but I can't use the license. I've sent several emails, chatted, filled out a form on the website, called them and I haven't heard back from anyone. Be careful because it's clear that this company is not serious. They sell the service and then disappear with your money. This is just another scam on the market!

They never respond to anything....there is virtually no support other than posting something here in the discussions and hope that someone responds. I have never had any luck with getting FOP2 to respond to any of my issues. We are about to dump this and go back to iSymphony, at least they would respond and help address issues.
I'm stuck also, installed moved PBX to another host in the cluster and I didn't have static mac address enabled and boom license locked to a mac address that I don't know. I emailed several times nothing.
