Help Needed: Setting Up Call Recording and Outbound Call Tracking in Asterisk with Asternic

Hello Asternic Community,

I'm currently using Asterisk on a plain text setup (CentOS 7) for a trial evaluation and need help with configuring call recording and outbound call tracking in Asterisk with Asternic. I’d really appreciate some guidance to make sure everything is set up correctly. Here’s what I’ve done so far:

Call Recording: I enabled call recording via queues.conf, and recordings are being saved in /var/spool/asterisk/monitor. However, I don’t see any recorded calls appearing in the Asternic GUI. Is there an additional step to make these recordings visible in Asternic?

Outbound Call Tracking: I followed the documentation to set up outbound tracking, but most instructions seem focused on FreePBX. Could someone guide me on how to configure this in plain-text Asterisk instead?

Any tips or insights on configuring these features for Asterisk without FreePBX would be greatly appreciated!
