Call disappears from Parking Lot display

We have Asterisk 1.6 on AsteriskNOW 1.5 and FOP2 2.11. We have Polycom phones.

To park a call we hit Transfer, 90 and we hear the system reply with the parking slot number like 91. FOP2 does at that time show us the call in the lot. When we either press Transfer again to complete the transfer or simply hang up, the call disappears from FOP2. The call is still there, because we can retrieve it from the lot.

Where can I look to fix this?

    It works fine when doing blind transfers or parking from within FOP2 itself. Attendant transfers makes asterisk report funky things on the manager port, including a channel termination event before the maskerading takes places. That is why the call disappears from the parking lot. You can use blind transfers or park from fop2 itself. I do not want to create a hacked fop2 server because it might lead to worst state inconsistencies in the future, like a forever parked call that is not there.
