Wallboard agents table not updating

I have wallboard plugin installed on issabel4, fop2_server is running ok. But the agents table is not shoing their statistics like: Inbound, Outbound, Refused calls, and session times. I have moved the board from one server to a new one, it was working fine on the old one. Please advise how I can get these stats to show.
