pickup doesn´t work

I have installed fop 2.11 on TrixBox 2.8.0.4 in vmware 2.0.
When i will pickup a call i marked the ringing extension an then i click pickup but nothing happens.
what i need to setup?

Be sure to have at least the "originate" permission , or add the "all" permission in /etc/asterisk/manager.conf
