Logged extension don't appears first

Hi Nicholas,

Some users that I defined in fop2.cfg, when logged, does not appear in the first position.
This users is listed in buttons.cfg as extension and their status is correctly showed.

The main problem is that the action buttons (transfer, spy, etc) does nothing...

I have to login to your panel in order to see why that happens... or at least look at your configuration files. You can try to catch me online at the live help if you want..

Hi Nicolas,

Thanks to answer the PM. I have the originate clause set in manager, but the buttons does nothing.
Then, I enable the force_blind_transfer, and the buttons become functional !!!

Later I will try to disable to see what happens and I report here.

Hi, I have the same problem, I activated blind transfer and off attendant transfer, but I don't see toolbar and my extension isn't the first.

Can you solved it??

In order to see the toolbar you must login with an extension number that is also listed in your button config file, with a matching extension line.
