Allocation of the operator on duration of conversation

Hello, As it is possible to organize allocation of the operator which talks more than certain time, 5 minutes for example there are more. Thanks

    Sorry, I do not understand the question. Anyways, FOP2 will not organize nor modify your dialplan behavior, you must control that with Asterisk itself.

    Question essence in that that operators who talk for example more than 2 minutes were allocated with any color.

    Fop2 does not have that feature. Time alarms are available in Asternic ( www.asternic.biz ), but it is good only for queues and queue members.
