Device and user mode

I have recently installed FreePBX using device and user mode. I discovered that FOP1 displays the device names and numbers rather than the extension numbers, so it's not very useful. The users don't use the same phone every day, so the device name is meaningless.

Will FOP2 solve the problem? The device names are just city names and a number, so seeing the user name or at least extension number would be helpful.

    Download it and try it out! The 1st 15 buttons will work, no need to purchase to try. Fop2 works much better, or as a user would expect it to work. But please try it out yourself as I cannot be sure that it will suit your particular needs. Best regards,
