Changing Name on a Button

Hi,

I need to change the name on an extension that has been taken over by a different person. I have done this in FreePBX, but FOP2 still shows the old name, even after restarting the panel.

I am not quite sure how the configuration works with buttons. I thought that FOP2 automatically pulled in the latest Asterisk information to populate the buttons. I know that it's stored in a config file, but I thought I should probably ask before editing that.

How can I change the name/label on the button for this extension?

I did try to search the forum first, but it will not allow searching for the word "button" because it is "too common." It is too bad that the forum software will not allow a search including a term that is part of FOP2's operations. ;-)

You are probably using the fop2admin freepbx module, in that case go to the "fop2 buttons" option in the tools tab, and change the label there, or click the "refresh labels" button down bellow.
