FOP2 Hang Up when it can't find the button file

Hi Nicolás,

Thank you for this app. I have been playing with it for several days now and It works very well so far.

One issue though:

If a user attempts to log in and the specified button file cannot be located for that context, it will hang the server.

This is the service status in such a situation: "fop2_server dead but subsys locked".

Thanks for pointing that out. I will try to replicate the issue and fix it, as a misconfiguration should not take the daemon down.
