Hello there,
I would like to get missed calls list from queues.
Is that possible?

Fop2 does not keep statistics. Asternic Call Center Stats does.

It would be possible to create a div inside the fop2 screen displaying the list of abandoned calls from asternic. It requires some coding... we can implement that if you want, for a fee. Look at
