dragging calls from queue to extension

just installed fop2....love it. But when using the old operator panel i could drag a call waiting in the queue to an extension that was available. I only use fop2 from a management stand point and would like to know how to drag the waiting call to an extension that is available. I tried it the old fashion way and it didnt work......please advise

    You cannot drag a call out of a queue, but you can pickup that call to your own extension by clicking on the call itself, and then pickup from the action submenu.
