Queue reminder tone
In my current setup I have taken advantage of the feature allowing a tone to be played when a call comes in (in my case, into one of about 60 queues). My agents are now requesting a similar tone be played every 30 seconds that call remains in queue. I would like to know if this is possible either in the current system, or could be added. Thank you.

this should be posted as a feature request. Anyways, it is not clear exactly when the alarm should be played, every XX seconds when you have a call that is waiting for more than those XX seconds?
