Data push
I'd like to get data pushed to where I can access and display it on my crm tool using my own customer service form. Data such as sip status, ip address, call status and number of email messages and link that by the sips that belong on the account I have accessed.
An alternative is to query the sip accounts on the customer account I have accessed and add the dashboard to the bottom of my customer service screen Or and only show sips for the customer account I am on. The log in information stored on my employe crm account would store log in credentials for fop2.

To implement all that information into your CRM, look at interfacing with the Asterisk Manager Interface directly. FOP uses it for getting all the information you see on the panel itself.
If you want to show the fop2 page into your own crm, you can pass the login credentials via http get: passing the exten and pass parameters in the url: http://www.fop2.com/documentation-userm ... gin-in.php
You can also configure groups such as each extension will see only his own button: a group with no buttons and assigning that group to every extension will make them NOT show any extension except themselves.
