Plugins no work!!

I have successfully installed the installation and managed to connect to my pbx yeastar s300, now I have 2 small problems,
- on some occasions the extension in use does not change color and does not correctly show the call status.
- When activating Plugins they are not loaded in the panel, no plugin added.
