trouble installing plugins in stand alone?

I must be missing something... when I add plugins, not sure how to isntall / configure them?
I'd like to for example...
speeddial,queuestats,followme,callflowfpbx
ls /var/www/html/fop2/admin/plugins/ shows nothing but "configonreload"
I've done a recent upgrade, re-upped my subscription, etc.
Still don't see the appropriate files. This is a manual install - not part of a pbx native installation.
I'm also looking for any info on button config for the plugins.
